Our story

Bloating is common, confusing and full of loud advice. Tumlo is the quiet part.

One day you feel fine; the next, your jeans are tight and you can't say why. Everyone has a theory. We built Tumlo to be the opposite of noise: a calm place to write down how you feel, what you ate and how you slept, and to look back at your own record without anyone telling you what it means.

No account. No ads. Your journal stays on your iPhone.

How it works

Four small habits. One clear picture.

Is Tumlo a medical app?

No. Tumlo is a general wellbeing journal. It isn't a medical device and nothing in it is medical advice. If you have persistent or severe discomfort, please see a doctor. Your Tumlo export can help you describe what you've noticed.

Where is my data stored?

Only on your iPhone, in Tumlo's private storage, excluded from iCloud backup. There is no account and no server that receives your journal. You can export everything at any time. Read the privacy policy.

Does Tumlo count calories?

No, on purpose. Tumlo is about how you feel, not numbers on a plate.

How much does it cost?

Tumlo is free to download. The journal features need Tumlo Pro, an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. You always see the price in the app before you buy.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Tumlo. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete my data?

In Tumlo, open Settings → Delete all my data. It removes every entry and photo. Deleting the app removes everything too.

Which languages does Tumlo speak?

English, Spanish, German, French, Italian and Portuguese (Brazil).

Is there an Android version?

Not yet. Tumlo is for iPhone, on iOS 17 or later.
